Dave is a partner at Parameter Ventures and brings over 16 years of experience in product management and operations. His areas of focus include cybersecurity and healthcare.

 

Alongside his role at Parameter Ventures, he is director of product management at ThreatQuotient, where he is building technology to modernize cybersecurity intelligence operations for the private and public sectors. Previously, David built and implemented analytics and workflow automation tools as senior product manager at data and analytics platform Flatiron Health (acquired). He also developed new threat analytics services and integrated product acquisitions as product manager at Cisco Systems. Earlier in his career he served as an officer in the US Navy.

Dave earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, holds a BSc in systems engineering from the US Naval Academy, and received nuclear engineering training from the Navy's nuclear power program. Outside of work, Dave enjoys running and spending time with his wife and two sons.
