Emeka is a partner at Parameter Ventures and brings 16 years of experience in product management, entrepreneurship, and finance. His areas of focus include financial services and mobile advertising.

 

Alongside his role at Parameter Ventures, he is developing solutions to the student debt crisis as CEO and product lead at PeopleJoy. He also serves on the board of trustees for quantitative ETF Alpha Architect and the Industry Advisory Board for the Rutgers School of Engineering. Previously, Emeka was the first business hire and director of product management at real-time information discovery platform Dataminr. He also founded and led product at mobile app publisher Apptempo (acquired). Emeka began his career at Merrill Lynch, where he held multiple technical and financial roles.

 

Emeka earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in electrical and computer engineering from Rutgers University. Fun fact, Emeka once cold emailed Arianna Huffington to pitch becoming a financial-wellness contributor for the Huffington Post (and it worked).
